The Studio
The Studio is a collaborative offering between myself and my partner, Grecia Parra of Salt + Leisure. Born from a shared love of design, storytelling, and soulful living, this ongoing project brings together our creative disciplines—photography, food, styling, and narrative—to craft immersive content for thoughtfully designed stays and hospitality spaces.
The idea took shape during a weekend collaboration at a desert property, where we were invited to experience and document the space. What began as a one-off creative exchange quickly became a vision for something more: a studio rooted in presence and partnership, where content is created not just for a place, but from within it.
During each stay, we live slowly. We cook meals in the space’s kitchen, notice how the light moves across its walls, and create imagery that captures what it feels like to be there. Grecia’s culinary artistry brings life to the kitchen and table, while my lens focuses on architecture, textures, and mood. Together, we build visual narratives that help properties share their story with beauty, clarity, and intention.
As the project evolves, The Studio continues to grow as a living archive of these stays—documenting not only beautiful homes, but the emotional experience of inhabiting them. Through our combined eye and voice, we offer more than marketing: we create artful invitations into space, memory, and feeling.
The Studio is both a creative service and a celebration of what happens when food, design, and storytelling align. It is an ongoing exploration of how we live, how we share, and how beauty (when documented with care) can become something timeless.
