West entrance Construction at Joshua Tree National Park
Assignment | Ongoing
Assigned by Joshua Tree National Park to document the construction and completion of the park’s new West Entrance Station, a significant infrastructure project designed to better serve the millions of annual visitors to the park. My role is to visually capture the evolution of this build, from foundational stages to its final form, highlighting both its functional importance and its integration with the surrounding desert landscape.
This assignment combined architectural documentation with environmental context, requiring attention to line, form, and natural light. The resulting photographs are now part of the park’s visual archive and have been used across internal and public-facing platforms to communicate progress, stewardship, and visitor experience improvements.
